Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Used items will not be refunded or credited. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hourglassplanners.com. If your return is accepted I will send you the return address to mail the items to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving them.

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@hourglassplanners.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Retain all packaging material and damaged goods in its original form as received. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, items not eligible for returns:

  • Digital products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance products
  • Gift Cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
For your order to be eligible for cancellation please contact me withing 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted during sales. Due to their nature, orders for digital items cannot be cancelled.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
